In this video, I’ll share a nine-step process to help you build that new habit.

However, the problem is it’s hard to adopt a new habit and stick to it. The neural pathways in the brain have been carved deeply over time from past ways to thinking and doing. It takes repetitive consistent change to build new neural pathways.

Your brain loves habits because your brain doesn’t have to work so hard. Your habits allow you to conserve mental energy. It’s much easier to go on autopilot to think and do things the way you’ve always thought and done before.

Also, it’s easy to slip back into old patterns of thinking and doing when we’re stressed, tired, or going through a difficult challenge.

I hope this 9 step process can help you make intentional choices for habits you want to adopt and maintain.

Is there a habit you’d like to establish? I’d love to hear!
