In this video, I’m talking about how to declutter your mind.
Just like decluttering your home, you can declutter your mind.
As incredible as having a clean and uncluttered living space, your mind will feel even better.
The problem is most people don’t know how to give themselves the peace of mind they desire.
To help you I’ll be covering a fun exercise on how to declutter your mind.
1. Choose one area of your life to focus on
2. Write down the facts in this area
3. Write down your thoughts about this area
4. Decide on an intentional story
5. Practice your new story
When you’re conscious of the repetitive thoughts that overwhelm you, you can choose to change those thoughts. Essentially, you’re decluttering and limiting the thoughts that aren’t serving you and replacing them with thoughts for the life you would love to be living.
Your overwhelmed mind and stressed body will thank you. Most importantly, you’ll feel grateful and blessed that you have the power to change your thoughts and look at things from a different perspective.
I’ve created a free guide called The 10 Principles to Design a Life You Love that will walk you through the steps to have clarity on your dreams and goals.
